As promised our friends at CSN whose wonderful sites sell everything from modern office furniture to cooking gadgets to dinnerware (I so wish I hadn't seen those Thomas Paul plates...) are hooking us up! One of you lovelies will win a $55 gift certificate to spend however you wish.

    Hi! The most useful kitchen utensil I have is a mini silicone brush I found in the dollar bin at Target. I use it to glaze meat, grease pans, brush olive oil on bread, and tons of other stuff.

    Probably my kitchenaid chef's knife. I use it for dicing veggies, dicing meats, you name it! If I use a different knife I can always tell the difference :(
